Stacey Wurfel, Bohairmian

Every day, across the World, salons represents NATULIQUE. From Australia to the US. We work with some amazingly talented people. #MYSALON is our way of saying thank and highlight some of the talents using NATULIQUE across the globe.

This time we are going to South Australia to pay a visit at the amazing salon: Bohairmian. Allow Stacey Wurfel to tell her story of how she, 6 months ago, opened up her organic salon in Pinnaroo (a small country town on the Victorian/South Australian border):

“At first I wasn’t sure how the town would adapt to change and organic ways, but I have had nothing but great results and responses.

My journey started almost 5 years ago. I was 25 at the time and was diagnosed with woman’s health problems and told I may not be able to have children naturally. This is where I choose to look into the long-term exposure to harmful chemicals in hairdressing products and in my daily life.

I had been hairdressing since the age of 17, and this was absolutely shattering news. Along with that, a career I loved was about to come to an end. But with my passion I fought this illness, 4 years later I found NATULIQUE and that’s where my baby was born “Bohairmian“.

The salon’s focus is on the latest industry trends, styles and fashion while maintaining a natural and eco-conscious ambiance.
From the moment You walk in, You’ll notice not only the natural environment, but the lack of strong chemical smells that haunts most salons. I aim to provide an industry leading service whilst maintaining a focus on my clients health and wellbeing.

Choosing to become an organic and eco-friendly salon has given me my career and life back.
