One of the most wonderful things about the hair industry is that everyone has a different story to tell – and they are all amazing in their very own way. Today’s story takes place in the Great Southern region of Western Australia and it’s oldest permanent settles town Albany. In this wonderful town you will find Revive Hair Studio and Shannon Duncan, and it is our greatest pleasure to share her story:

Since I was young, I always wanted to be a hairdresser and always dreamt of one day owning my very own salon. In February 2016, I opened Revive Hair Studio in Albany, WA. That day all my dreams came true. I live a ‘job’ where I make everyone look and feel amazing each and every single day and for that, I am so incredibly grateful. I have met so many wonderful people in my 5 years of hairdressing not only clients but some seriously amazing hairdressers & this is really only the beginning.

Firstly, I wanted to open a salon where someone could come, feel completely relaxed and walk out feeling refreshed. That doesn’t just come down to the stylist and the product, that in itself comes down to the location and the environment in the salon.
Prior to opening the doors on the beautiful historic building situated on Stirling Terrace, overlooking Albany’s harbour, I was on the hunt for the cleanest product delivering the best results for my clientele. I stumbled across Steve from NATULIQUE in Mandurah who was very confident in his product. Since being a NATULIQUE salon, I have met some of the most inspiring people, one is Jorge Viota himself. It’s amazing to work with a company who has so many talented stylists and we really all have the best interest of our clients at heart and are all willing to try new techniques.

In this industry, there is always something to learn and I feel NATULIQUE brings us all together.
